Underscoring CBA's mission is the importance of access to safe and affordable credit products. A challenge for many is identifying products that are accessible across marketplaces. Enter Community Financial Resources, a CBA partner and member.

Community Financial Resources (CFR) develops and sources beneficial financial products and tools designed to meet the special needs of underserved and financially vulnerable constituents, and builds financial capability programs around effectively using products and tools. CFR also partners with organizations to implement their own product-based programs.

 

This webinar will use CFR's credit builder program as an example of this process and discuss:

  • why products and tools are key to financial capability programs;
  • ensuring a positive customer experience;
  • supporting the distribution channel;
  • the challenges of vendor/financial service provider management; and
  • evaluating impact.
